Educators like you
Why focus on educator well-being? In a recent study of nearly 8,000 educators across the US, when asked “How do you feel each day at school?” the top three emotions reported were frustration, stress, and feeling overwhelmed. When asked how they want to feel at school each day, educators wrote in their own words: joyful, happy, excited, appreciated, supported, and energized.
