forum is a unique learning experience where you join with peers to learn well-being practices that help you tackle real-world issues.

 
 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every Forum consists of a community of 8 fellow educators, including a peer facilitator. At each community gathering this small, intimate group identifies specific, real challenges faced in everyday teaching.

The community looks at the challenge through the lens of well-being, and in each session learns a specific method, tool, or aspect of a well-being practice that can be invoked in like challenges to maintain a sense of well being (despite the challenge).

By the end of the Forum you have discussed, worked on, and solved real challenges, while simultaneously mastering the tools and practices of well-being that you can integrate in your life and classroom over the long run.

Every forum is based on a consistent and repeatable methodology that creates a safe, inviting space to be mindful, reflect, explore and inquire, and integrate what you’ve learned back into your life, and classroom.

You can join the community from the comfort of your own home utilizing our innovative technology platform. It enables you to connect with the same Forum participants for the duration of your course period, no matter where you are, in an intimate shared space perfect for the development of a powerful well-being practices.

Mindfulness makes us less anxious, reduces stress, and brings joy.

  • CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT. For a nominal additional fee you can apply and receive the continuing education credit you deserve it. Yes, your well-being counts. Continuing education here ensures you do great work out there. You are getting the best of mindful, social-emotional learning development, and the opportunity to apply for the credits that go with it.
